There are currently two versions of our THz refractive index processing code:

• A more recent version which allows for a wider range of geometries can be found on github here. This will be described in more detail in a forthcoming publication
• The code described here and used in many of our recent publications is included on this page. The current version (0.1.2019.02.21) of the program is a Beta version. Please be patient and feel free to report bugs within the software by emailing jens.neu@yale.edu. We also wrote a read.me file which we strongly encourage the user to read. Keep in mind that this software was written to process data from our spectrometers. You will need to edit the import functions to ensure a proper performance of the software. Furthermore, the program package contains three different programs, please consult the read.me file which is best suited for your experiment.
